“This achievement is outstanding, and it’s a direct result of the efforts put in by The Recruitment Team over the past few years. The award reflects our innovative approach and unwavering commitment to excellence, I am incredibly proud of the team!”
The Recruitment Team’s accomplishment is notably remarkable given the current challenges of education recruitment on a national scale. A competitive job market arising from Brexit, coupled with a decline in teacher training enrolment has resulted in a nationwide shortage of applicants. However, The Laurus Trust Recruitment Team haven’t been deterred by these challenges to support the Laurus Trust family of schools.
