We invest heavily into our provision for SEND which is reflected in our staffing structures. We have a number of strategic roles for Inclusion across the Trust which include:

Specialist Roles
There are several specialist roles within the team which include:
- Literacy Specialists
- Numeracy Specialists
- Intervention and Inclusion Specialist
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health Specialists
- Psychometric Testing and Intervention Specialist
- Modern Foreign Languages Specialist
Our specialist staff will carry out one to one interventions and/or small group sessions with our students where necessary. They will also track and monitor progress data to ensure that students make progress within their respective areas.
